I know you might be sick of seeing people ask about Release dates.
Here goes!
On the DTP Website Duth Version I was looking through looking for any E3 Information none so far but I came across Divinity 2 I thought I'll have a peek.
I see at the top just next to the box art 24.07.2009 at first Amazon only had that date on there site now DTP have it on there site.
So is that the Target Release?

Nice and depressing at the same time...if the date is true, this link is only for the XBOX 360 version. Surely PC version release will be close, if not the same time...but I'm not holding my breath for either ATM.

Nice but it doesn't mean the CE edition is available in English. And even if this is the correct date then it only specifies the German release not the release in other countries.
As far as I know Amazon.de does not sell the English version.

Im sure people in other places like UK Etc will get it around teh same time.
After all they've finished the English and German Voices.

The CE is only currently available in Germany.
The SE at the moment is also only avaible to Pre-order in Germany haven't seen it available pre-order anywhere else.

Hopefully people like me will be able to pre-order it in the UK when the final release date is announced Officially.

Hmm, to bad there's no artbook in the CE.
I love to see the sketches and designs artists made during the production of the game.
Well, the map kinda makes up for it :p

Suspiciously, the absence of denial or "we cannot confirm" this ship date makes me think it may not be so far off the mark.

On the other hand, Amazon is generally not on the mark with release dates that haven't been announced by a developer/publisher.

One can only cross fingers and hope.

It'd be great if it is released in NA in early to mid summer rather than later because I'd then be able to get a bunch of gameplay time in before the end-of-year influx of games. All the games I expected to be spread throughout the year have been pushed back to the last 4 months which means it's going to be very crowded. I haven't bought a new PC game since FO3 last year because of the delays.

But I do want the best game they can give us, so no rushing required.

It'll likely cost no more or less than the typical game release, except for the collector's edition which would normally be 20-30% higher in price.

I know but its also listed on the Dutch DTP site.
Only time will tell I hope its in that region of dates.

I am from Balkan too ... Croatia ... and i know one thing, I ain't giving any money to my local game stores, cause the price will be around 60 euros... that's why I will order it from Sendit.com or game.co.uk ... if the prices are similar in Romania, which i think they are, i advise you to do the same

Yes they are, and i gave up trying to buy from local stores long time ago. It's just crazy that here to make a collection of games like 20 favorite games, like a comparation you have to starve 3months maybe.

I know, right? I can't remember, but did DD get released in Europe before USA? And if so, how long before? I would hate for a Drakensang scenario to happen. But they didn't even work on english voice translation until game was released, and DivII has already completed that part. So that is a definite plus.

I think both versions were released at the same time.
Also they're still negotiating a NA Publisher.
Hopefully they'll sort that soon.

Please remind that almost ALL games have a reverse Drakensang scenario happening ...

LOL, my bad. Spoiled American here. Didn't realize European devs/publishers catered so much to the English speaking crowd, above and beyond their own native tongues. A shame, really.

Looks great theres a 360 manual there so possibly CE for 360 hopefully its in other country's other than Germany.

Are you really everywhere? Well I dont believe you.
But if Larian staff will start to post here messages about some halucinations - that they see you behind windows, on the roof of their studio building or in D2 game tools as smiling avatar icon then I will believe you .

A little update
According to IGN is coming around September-ish.
Which could be good since they could show it off fully at GamesCon in August.
So it might apply to all versions, we'll have to see.
NONE of these dates have been confirmed YET.

Would love to get the CE over here in the states, or at least the UK so it can be imported with English support.
