On the Steam Store page it used to say the date it would go early access, now its stating "Coming Soon"

Is it still coming out to Early Access? Pushed Back? or was it never going to be available to anyone outside the Kickstarter?

It should be coming probably mere minutes from now. Between 10m and 1h10m anyway.
