I read somewhere that when you enter Stormfist Castle, some Imp takes your teleporter piramids. What happens when I drop these piramids before entering the Castle?

Or what happens if I drop 1 outside the castle and throw the other in before entering? Or isn't this possible?

No chance!

The imp simply appears the first time you are trying to use it for the first time after entering Stormfist Castle, and takes it then.

If you want to get your teleporter stones back as quickly as possible, wait awhile before entering the castle (I did most of the quests in Rivertown and Verdistis, some people also recommend clearing some of the Dark Forest) and clear out the Rivertown sewers. After entering and leaving the castle, proceed with the main plot quest you will get to rescue Zandalor, then let him teleport you somewhere.
