When I load or quickload a game I noticed that all of my party are less than full health. I won't save a game unless my characters are at full health first. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, that is a known issue with the current patch (HP/constitution bonuses on equipment, etc, not applying), and will hopefully be fixed soon.
