First, is speed working as intended? The impression I had from beta is that speed gives an additional action point per turn of combat, for every two points of speed. So at 6 speed I would expect to get +3 actions points per turn, in addition to the base.

Start of combat action points work this way. For every two points of either perception or speed, I get an additional action point at the start of combat.

Currently in game with 6 speed I still only get +2 action points.

Second question is at level 5 there was no stat or talent point, just a single ability point. Is that intended as well.
