Hey, these sh*tty bars are a "feature" of the new update (wich added a lot of visual polution and completely sux). I e-mailed the support team, this was their answer:

"These notifications (when a spell is cast or there are surface interactions, etc) can not be disabled. Moving them is on a todo list for a future update, though.

But yeah, they came in the latest update and cannot be turned off ;/

I can understand the idea, showing all the health/p.armor/m.armor bars at once so you can see who will be hit, instead of the current method of but it should be an option in Gameplay Options, or ideally, a toggle, a button you can press or hold to see that.

It doesn't stay visible all the time, where it could get annoying, but if you want to look at it all, it doesn't stay up long enough to use in a plan.

if annoying the new flashy large HP bar, here is a quick solution:

Open Definition Edition EoCap.exe with any hex editor (hDx, 010 Editor whatever...):

search this byte array: (ascii -> selectionInfo_array)
73 65 6C 65 63 74 69 6F 6E 49 6E 66 6F 5F 61 72 72 61 79

then replace with this:
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
