West of the pilgrim camp, 3 outcast with soul bound animals - a bear, a wolf with wings and a giant insect. The toughest fight in the game thus far.
Who are they? When I approached them there was no dialog option, just straight to combat.

If they are red on the minimap/radar, they are always hostile (like the Voidwoken). Maybe they guard something, that they don't intent to part with, honestly I don't know.

Just a random point of interest AFAIK. Admittedly a rather bitey point of interest, but you know how it is.
