Larain made a promise that they would add Chinese subtitles for consoles a few months ago. Now PS4 version got Chinese update, but Xbox One didn't yet.

Unfortunately, the Xbox Development Kit used by the game does not support Chinese as a language.

I'm sorry to hear that. Might consider playing it on PC instead. Will there be an update of Chinese language on Xbox One in the future?

That is possible, but there is no timeframe right now for when that could happen.
