Really - what the hell is this new "model"? Floating eyes?? Who at Larian thought that replacing a one of best looking spells in games (the old floating demon model was badass!!) with lame floating eyes is great?

Seriouly, who even thought it needed change? It looked bloody awesome!

Since I was huge fan of this spell- this is a big dissapointment. Did some "designer" at Larian with family connections needed a promotion or something and they accepted his lame idea?

There is old saying "don't touch something that works"....

It may have worked for you, but the lead animator was not satisfied with the quality of the animation possible to do as an effect with the old model (there were situations where it could look buggy).
