I've only just left the grove, but I love the final version already so much. And there is so much new additional dialogue and interactions with our companions!

It is not missing, it's place is random now. I found it near the entrance of Blighted Village, not at the bridge as it was before. People say they found it at the bog, others say near the nautiloid...

I found it where Vensatra did, so maybe it's random from a fixed number of locations.
