you can go there only after you collect the Council of Seven and become the divine one. There's no passage to that place - you just get teleported after the ritual.
OR if you collected them, the ritual ends and <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'>Janus comes and kills everybody except Zandalor and that orc (what was his name? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> )</span> and still nothing happens, then restore the original div.exe file (if you made a backup copy) or reinstall tha game and don't use no-cd hacks for this moment, cause it requires the CD in the drive.
