Stumped again..How do I open the 2 levers to open door to get to the sewer where I find mirror to duplicate keys?
If I remember correctly, these act a bit strange. You have to fiddle with them until the one on the left is up, and the one on the right is down. Once they're in the correct positions the door should open. Hope this helps.
