Hi there!
I am now a level 20 mage, and I want to get the teleporter scroll of the Orcs. Unfortunately, when I enter the tent of Baluk the Orc king, there are about a gazillion orcs in different sizes and strengths all over me. I've tried with life leech spell, with the shield spell (both level 2), with scorpion traps, with all at the same time, but it is just too much.... :-(
So, anyone got a clue for me? How to get that spell? How to kill Baluk? Oh, shadow potions also don;t work long enough... every time I wind up dead, and it's starting to annoy me.

First option: Once they start to chase you run away as fast as possible. then you can fight them is waves which lessens their power over you.

Second option: Scorpion Traps are way too overpowered. you could use them. just set about 5 of them out and let the slaughter begin. if you do use the scoprions and don't want to get into any combat, the Fade from sight spell is a good one to have. then you can just sit and watch the show.

Third option: Level up. go kill some other things. get stronger spells or just more hits/life and strength.

Also, you should be able to clear the surrounding area before entering the tent, which will leave you with only a couple to deal with inside. Fights outside can attract nearby orcs, but not as many as the orc chief calling for help, and there is plenty of room outside to withdraw a bit (so they can not surround you and the ensuing fight has less of a chance of attracting more orcs).

Level 4 or 5 of Hell Spikes is very effective for crowd control (it does physical damage, so can not be resisted) and against a couple opponents you can cast Blind on them first, so they can not attack you.

Burning Wall is good against groups. You can either cast it as you are strategically retreating, or get your opponents in a tight group and run around them.

I have used the freeze option and a lot of healing potions and magic potions, still you need a whole lot of luck at this point.

Freeze all the oponents you can see and start hacking, heal and freeze again as often as needed, untill you have beat them all.
