I'm in the endgame, and Iona is handing me my rump. I'm running the witch.
fire, electricity, freeze, hellspikes, etc. don't work. Scorpions don't work either. HELP!!!!

You're wrong. Steel scorpions work very well.
Scorpions are overpowered in the game.
Just use 2 scorpions and she's dead.
It is also easy to kill her with a weapon with frost.

Many of the techniques for defeating Josephine (see Chasing Josie...) should also be effective against Iona and the other Black Ring members.
