I got about half way up fighting the bandits. I lived but Sasson has died. Do I need to start this part over? Can it be finished with her dead?

She died? I didn't know that was possible. She takes part in a few scenes and helps out in your battle tower.

Yes, there was one fight with like 9 bandits, half way through she died and my pet died, but I did finish it.

Now she is no longer there.

Go back down the path again. I thought the same thing when I went through it the first time. SHe was waiting on the path where there was a rock overhang.
