There are none at vendors usually. But you don't really need them anyway.

I think they are unique scrolls, not salable at the vendors. I've heard that there is a chance you can make them through crafting

used 1 on the locked door in the harbor, and intended to use another on the chest after killing Rex ... shucks :P

You can find the key to that chest much...much later.

good to know. though unless the items scale with level, doubt I'll return to open it.
