Fable!! Just wanted to give you a huge thanks for posting the mod links. Great stuff! I found some mods that tweak Morrowind perfectly for my style of gameplay. Who knew there was all this stuff out there just for the taking? I'm having a ball with them. Although, I am being cautious about which mods I'm installing as some of them don't live up to their claims. *g* However, that said, most of the mods I've found so far work beautifully. Thanks again! I'm waiting for an upgrade to my computer (this weekend!) which will help with work, but not incidentally, also give me the memory and processing power to handle 120 mods I want to run. And no, this isn't unusual. I've seen people who run 200 at a time. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

For what it's worth, I just wanted to let those who remembered my computer problems know that the upgrade this past weekend went well. I now have 1 GB RAM and an Athalon 64-bit 3.0 GHz CPU, along with an Audigy 2 card and an Asus K8V SE deluxe mobo. It's running like a dream, and with about 80 mods, I'm still getting 25-40 FPS at 100% distance. I'm quite pleased, thank you.

As for the endless crashes on the older parts--we're still not sure what caused that, though my technie is planning to run some exhaustive tests next weekend. We want to use the good items to add to our second computer.

Glad you posted. I was wondering what kind of set up you were upgrading to and I'm sitting here drooling. (Not good for the keyboard, I know!) But wow! Fantastic PC and waaay powerful. I have about 20 mods added to my Morrowind and haven't had any problems so far. I'm running a fairly standard pc, tho. It's 512MBs RAM, Pentium IV, 60GB in all. (Like I said, standard fare). And your frame rate is quite good considering the amount of 'tweaking' you've done to the game. Impressive, fable.
