Yeap I realized how much I missed ya all yesterday that we have played.

The name and the password are the same. I am so sorry I had to leave in a hurry last night. I had a problem and could not stay any longer. And didn´t send goodnights and hugs to all of you. Thanx for the nice time we had.

Since you mentioned it.... can anyone explain what is the difference between ladder and non-ladder chars? I created last night a ladder sorc in order to join DQ but I can not notice any difference with my old sorc (which btw was in a desent level and had a lot of staff). Now I have to start all over. Ladder is a bit more special, and some items are only available there.

I enjoyed playing a lot too. It was indeed a bit crazy out there with so much going on - but still fun.

The only thing I ask about the green items I shared is that you don't sell them - I'd much rather you pass them on to someone from Larian with a new character. Since the green items are so much harder to find (you saw all except a few that BeeGee and I had collected since joining the ladder) the only way for anyone to ever get a set is to either trade, do what we did yesterday or be really really lucky <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> ).

I simply can not give items people from Larian give me. I just can't. Much more sell them... I have everything that everybody gave me from the start. From the first socketed bow (I think it was Merendrious) that was given to me in my first time on B-NET. I think those staff as a pressent and mean a lot to me because I know how much time and killing and luck is needed to collect them. So you will see me pretty soon wear your staff <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> And please be honest with me and tell me if they suit me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Seriously , they create some "synergies", benefitting the char more, when all of them (or at least two) are available. They are still very rare.

Very rare are also items wth golden (not yellow) names : These are among the most rarest ones, the so-called "Uniques".


Using a Topaz in socketed items can incease the possibility to find magical green ones and golden ones (concerning theletters of the names) , too. Read carefully what the gems descriptions say.

Hey somebody here, when you go to fight against Achmel the cursed("second minion packet of Baal) - already saw an black and blue energy ball in the center of the place?


Cause when i was playing with my brother he saw first and asked me and when i returned to the place a saw too, after 3s the ball had disappeared and don't appeared anymore.

I started a ladder char last night. We playe dsome but i had to leave quickly, sorry guys but i was on a tight scedule. Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol = how computers talk to each other online

There are other protocols that can be used on local networks, like IPX or NetBUI. I don't recall if there is any difference between characters depending the connection in Diablo, though. Practically, with IPX on a home network the game can automatically find another game acting as a host and join. For a TCP/IP connection, the IP address of the computer acting as a server is required, or you need to connect to a server online.

is like this(what raze said is right) - i give to you the number of my conection and you use it to enter in my host game and other people can join too, if your computer is good enough to support it.

And i ask again if someone saw the ball energy too or was just me.

Well my friends and I just made it out of Nightmare and into Hell level last night and it is indeed "Hell". Let me tell you that I have already completed the game solo player prior to 1.10 and it was nowhere near as hard as it is now. We barely walk out of the gate in the Rogue's camp and a quill beast kills us (I am level 70). As an Amazon I think I could use up a whole quiver of arrows on just one creature!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />
