As best as I can tell there is no talent bonus for getting witchcraft 5. I also noticed there aren't any skills for man at arms or expert marksmanship past lvl 15. I can say this because I have made it a point to check cyseal, silverglen, and the homestead everytime I reach a new level. I am currently level 17. Am I missing something obvious or there not end game skill books/talents in the previous areas?

Correct, there is no talent that requires you to have withcraft 5.

Man at arms does have level 15+ skills, namely: nullify resistance and terror both which require level 16.

Expert Marksman does not have skills after level 13.

If you missed the man at arms skillbooks you might have been unlucky, vendors spawn their skillbooks random, so there is a chance you just haven't seen it spawn yet. Before talking to a vendor you can quicksave the game, if he doesn't have the book you need, just quickload and repeat untill he has the book you want. (Keep in mind that not every skillbook can be purchased, however the 2 mentioned above can.)

Yes I forgot about nullify resistances. And yes I quicksave before doing a vendor check after every new level. I generally will try 10-15 times with each vendor with the hope that would be enough.

Never seen arrow spray for expert marksmanship
