Tenebrium (highest priority), Man-at-Arms, Body Building, Willpower and Armour Specialist (lowest priority). I wouldn't recommend spending more than 4 base points (10 ability points total) on any ability.

Here's what I'd recommend:

Base Abilities:
Tenebrium: 4
Two-Handed: 2 (this is a waste but she starts with this)
Armour Specialist: 3
Body Building: 4
Willpower: 4
Man-at-Arms: 4
Expert Marksman: 1
Scoundrel: 1

The reason for just 1 point in Expert Marksman and Scoundrel is for useful mobility skills that only require 8 dexterity (you can easily get 3 points from gear eventually).

Attributes:
Strength: 8 (increase to 15)
Dexterity: 5
Intelligence: 5
Constitution: 7 (increase to 9*)
Speed: 6 (increase to 7*)
Perception: 5

*If you're playing on Hard and don't take the Glass Cannon talent, I recommend keeping Constitution at 7 and increasing Speed to 9 instead.

Talents:
Comeback Kid (starts with)
Opportunist (starts with)
What a Rush (starts with)
Bully (L7)
Glass Cannon (L11)
Bigger and Better (L15)
All Skilled Up (L19)

Note: Do NOT take Glass Cannon for Madora if you are playing on Hard. Take something else like Picture of Health.

Skills:

Man-at-Arms:
Battering Ram
Crushing Fist
Dust Devil
Flurry (L10)
Rage (L10)
Whirlwind (L7)
Divine Light
Crippling Blow (L10)
Nullify Resistances (L16)

Expert Marksman:
Tactical Retreat
First Aid
Treat Poisoning (L4)

Scoundrel:
Cloak and Dagger (L10)
Fast Track
Walk in Shadows

Let me know what you think.

Why is two-handed a waste of skill points? Just for this particuluar build or in general?

Generally any weapon skill (other than Tenebrium) is a waste of points because of Tenebrium weapons. Tenebrium weapons are only governed by the Tenebrium skill, not anything else. Tenebrium weapons are generally the best because most enemies in the game have no Tenebrium resistance. You can also boost the Tenebrium skill as high as 7 for a 70% damage increase without having to depend on gear (5 Base skill, +1 from book, +1 from quest). So once you get a 2H Tenebrium weapon for Madora it would only be governed by the Tenebrium skill and the Two-Handed skill would become obsolete.

Just a note. There are some enemies that have more than 100% resistance to tenebrium damage (especially closer to the end of the game). If all your weapons are boosted with tenebrium you will have a hard time defeating those enemies. I normally have one of my heroes specialized in a specific weapon type and boost his/her weapon with elemental damage. Tip: Boost it with tenebrium damage first and then elemental damage to get the maximum possible damage. I have found that a mix of tenebrium and elemental damage boost makes me more flexible no matter what kind of enemies I face.
