Nice presentation. I am positively surprised the Swen's personality. He is the one of few people whom you could work 12 hours per day or go to holiday together, good mood guaranteed both cases.

He's a true Bro, and having run my own small business, i sure can say i look up to him in terms of managing... Incidentally, i was having the same discussion yesterday

So while i can definitely tell you i'm on the same boat? I would also remind you that you do not get to survive -just- by being a nice guy. I bet you he's a mean streak when he has to.

Look at the KS videos again. He is constantly watching the rest of the team, politely but firmly correcting them on occasion, or leading the conversation to where he thinks its best focused at. This man is not kidding

(would still love to work for him though, yeah!)
