Someone might have answers to the following questions ... I hope ;-)

- can localization be done ... in my mod directory and not outside in Data\Localization ?
(and I mean real localization not the 'translated string keys' stuff.)
- could I overwrite existing localizations or would I have to repack the complete English.pak ?
- does anybody know what kind of uids those like 'h000310b1gc6f0g4341gbbddgf1f5fc471eae' are ?
- is there any 'hidden' place to enter localization handles for something like root templates (or 'translated string keys') other than converting them to XML with Norbyte's tool and manually adding a 'handle="..."' ?
