Did anyone else lose all their customer vignette images after the patch?

I lose so much work every damn patch...

I no longer want any added features. Please do not add or patch anything for GM mode till I finish and run my players through my act 1.

Reload assets wouldn't wipe the loaded images would it? Only thing I can think of.
