There's probably a simple, easy way to do this and I'm simply derping on it. How to I trade the exact amount of gold to a vendor?

I'm wasting soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much time futzing with the slide bar because it skips over so many number values on large amounts. Worse, when I get done going back and forth between two large amounts (vendor's bag and trade window) I often end on having to drag and drop the gold several times to drop "1" gold into the bag because, hey, at least it's a reliable value on the slide bar....I can always get it to read "1".

How do I simply type in the value of gold I'd like to trade? This issue seems to have carried over from Original Sin Enhanced to Original Sin 2 DE. Or maybe it's just me wasting 20min at a time trying to sell off goods.

The arrow buttons do it one at a time so. get close, then use the arrow keys.

Do you know of the button at the top centre of the trade menu that auto adds gold to make up the difference? It looks like a scale balance.

I, for one, didn't.

Don't feel bad. I only found out about it towards the end of the first Divinity:Original Sin game.

Same sort of thing I discovered when I was crafting scrolls and I wanted like 20 of them and was doing it one at a time until I noticed on the side it had a number for how many you want to craft.
