All right, two problems that make the temple appear more like a place to vent anger and slaughter rather than joyfully go up in the ranks.

I have approached Brother Raze once early in the act, and now, again, that I accidentally got the temple relic before his quest, which I read about from this board. Neither time did he even give the possibility of a quest, and I'm rather annoyed at the badly-voice-acted-[nocando]. I have the charming relic, and I soon shall use it on him in a rather uncomfortable fashion if he does not take the damn thing voluntarily ^^ any theories as to the stubborn [nocando]'s antics would be appreciated.

Also, when trying to purchase my house now, after some time spent in the temple area, instead of the straight-forward 5000 offered when I first entered the area, a new possibility to haggle appears, and I get him to 2500, and he blabs something about 2000 for him, 500 for the temple. However there is one crucial thing missing from the transaction: the friggan key. He 'neglects' to give me a key to the house, which I assume is the locked one next to the prison. Need some theories here, since I am now sufficiently annoyed and confused at this [nocando]-backwards Act constantly reversing itself. I think maybe 2 quests in this act so far have been solved the correct way. I actually feel like the divine hero, because I seem to have already done the damn quests as soon as I'm asked like some omnipotent god.

Anyway, sorry, I'd appreciate any help ^^ thanks much

Hero's house is not left of the prison - it's more east.
Haggle => He must have given you the key, it was a "reward" from the "Ball in well" quest, the little boy gave you this clue about the merchant taking bribes.

House left of prison can't be opened. the merchant has this key, but as keys can't be pickpocketed anymore, I have no clue how to get it and enter. Not detected attack option in his case. Wait... never tried this myself => but there is a letter from Ronnykins to his Mum. Have you taken that into your inventory and spoken to him? Maybe this triggers him giving you the 2nd key?

You know Kiya.... you take your games very seriously. Most people just play a game through in a broad way, but you seem to be the type to go for every detail. I think that really gets the most out of games like these, where the easter-eggs and obscure quests/items are usually a lot of fun. I think for 2, the Larians should be using your name for the Goddess of Answers

Nope, better not - if I think what happens to poor harmless little witches with an overblown ego - I dare not to think what will happen to a goddess => probably one having to take donations in form of flowers instead of loot, loot, loot.

Serious? Yeah, German blood, we take a lot very seriously

They should have put Kyia in act 4 as the librarian

Yes, ok - but not under 5 lvl 100 shadow Creatures as body guards for thieving, stealing gamers. NOT with my books! And a NO magic area, of course - a few hell spikes as booby traps, in case one picks up a book instead of reading - 10 sub quests beforehand to prove her/his reliability. About 100 000 gp as a fee to enter these holy realms and an X-ray machine, so I detect theft.

Fair enough, Veltie?

Heh, I'm probably the only one who actually returned the book you need for the second summoning.
And I got penalised by having the bloody quest showing up again

Considering where you found that book in the first place => it was already bloody. Did you clean it? As you brought it back => you're responsible and have to buy a new one => our library regulations
Kiya

Pull my leg - you brought back that book? Sheesh, and what about your museum?

That was in DD cause I could stack everything from just about every playfield/area/zone there (Except the wasteland area).

I've just started my 3rd run of the game and I'm currently working on grabbing every book I can find and dragging it with me to the end.
Hmm, I better ask Larian how many notes, books, piles of books and other manuscripts are in the game.

And I remember my first run when I tried to get the Librarian to actually execute this thing he'd been treathening with on the guy who 'lost' the book

Is the thirst for blood a universal thing among librarians?

We have a thirst for blood... but sadly ... we were tamed and so we draw money

So instead of going directly for blood, you prey upon the life force of others by sending them incessant reminders of when their books are overdue and take their money? I think draining them of all blood would be more humane
