I think I found the Elven ruins. North of the Warrior's Guild?
Are those buildings rebuilding themselves? I cruised through without waiting around long enough to find out.

Nothing is rebuilding in Elven ruins.

Dragon, it seemed to me that a few more patches of building showed up on my screen after I got to the building.

I already wear glasses!
What I saw was part of a building all of a sudden appear as a patch of concrete.
This also happened on more than one building in that area.
I thought that they would somehow rebuild completely.
I wonder if it is a problem with the game not drawing all the graphics quickly enough.
