I am sure this has been asked in other posts. I am in the after-game battlefields, and am messing around with using the summoning dolls. How the heck do I get the whacky dolls to live longer than a few seconds. Every time I move a few yards they turn red and die.

One of the summoning doll skills increases the radius they can move from the place they are summoned.

Thanks Desdemona. I have started several different games in the after-game battlefields. One of them I am sticking to my original path. In the other I am enhancing my summoning dolls. Just for fun.

(Warning: end of game spoiler)
Spoiler : If you want to play with the summoning dolls in the after game BF, the easiest way (read: least cost for you) to do it is to unlearn all the skills of the DK before going in to fight him, and invest all those points in the summoning dolls. It doesn't do any good with the radius or so (because the DK would have to be present for that to work), but it IS a good way to give skills and attribute points to the summoning dolls. If you really want to do the extra radius like this too, I suppose you can give a skill point to one of your dolls and make the doll invest the skill point in extra radius (not sure if this works, but can't see why not). Tip: you can do the level upgrade in two (or more) different skill slots, two times up to 20 thus gaining 40 (or more) level upgrades

It is better to lower summoning duration. 10 point eliminates the paralization.

My builds would be, as every doll gains 4 skill point from doll pool, 15 point from DK, 0-20 from "hero", PLUS whatever doll skill the DK invest into before leaving:

Untility Doll (does not fight):
- this doll does nothing but has 1 utility skill at lvl 20. Like Sharpening, Identify (are there lvl 20 items?), Repair (same question) etc.

If there are only limited use of utility skills:
- 4 alchemy
- 7 identify (maximum item lvl I found in the main game)
- 7 repair
- 1 extra (extra distance?)

Fighting Doll:
- 10 lvl respawn duration
- 20 in named weapon type (everything except durability)
- level upgrade as much as necessary
