Yeah, it is pityful. I tend not to associate with people like that if I can help it. Thankfully, it's easier to avoid them once you finish high school.

And I agree with Dragh, watch the language, please.

I think me and my ex- are out to get each other. She met my new girlfriend last week for the first time and has had an unusually bitchy attitude since, subtle enough that Michelle doesn't see it, but present none-the-less. I find it kind of ammusing, actually. It's comforting to know (in my own evil way), that after cutting me out of her love so effectively, I can still affect her. Yet we still hold the guise of being friends. I wonder if we are anymore?

And what is vulgar language? (And at least he warned...)

And Killerzzz, I got curious, please try to post what you were saying, but this time WITHOUT the vulgar language (it's not me, it's Lynn ).

To put a positive spin on this thread clever comebacks:

Lady Astor, aghast at a party. "Mr. Churchill your drunk!"
Mr. Churchill: "And you, Lady Astor, are ugly. As for my condition, it will pass by the morning.
You, however, will still be ugly."

OH COOL!

Lynn overruled my thread because it had bad language in it.

Lynn, I'm sorry. I really am. I have no will to be bad on this forum.

Thats why I put the warning. Thanks, now I know more of the limits.

Everyone, abandon this thread!

Just so you all know, the reason why I got so vulgar was that it was like 2:00am and I was grumpy. Like that.

So, to reintroduce this thread...

Its about the worst comebacks you've ever heard people make; the ones that you just want to open-hand slap the person who sait them. It happens. So, this is a fun thread to share the humiliations people call comebacks.

I personally hate the mom-jokes. They can be offensive at times but people have gotten way to carried away with them now...

Lynn, if I get too bad in a way I accidently let slip, just replace that phrase with HE GOT TOO VULGAR, FROM LYNN! or something like that so as not to replace the whole post.

Ok, these are some examples of bad mom-jokes: "Hi." "High like me and your mom were last night!" or "Wanna hang out tonight?" "Nah, I'm already hanging out with your mother!" or "You can sit on that chair you know..." "Your mom's a chair!" etc. Or they just say "Yo' Mama!" to comeback just about anything, even though it doesn't make sense. They aren't even being vulgar anymore! The sad part of this whole thing is that they are serious and think that they've made an amazing comeback.

So, thats mom-jokes for 'ya. Anyone els have some bad jokes they'd like to share? Remember, try not to be vulgar or YOU GUNNA GET CENSORED! BAM!

I'd just like to say that I don't see anything vulgar in my last post.
If someone has a disturbingly sick mind, then they can turn the examples I said into vulgar stuff, but that can be done with anything. For example, turning on my dirty mode, I could say that eating chocolate is dirty. Why? I won't explain, but its just an example. I can even think of a way that saying "I play the piano" is dirty, even though its not.

So, all in all, what I said is not dirty I think (with my dirty-mind-mode off) .

Sounds like something most CS-players do (with VERY FEW exeptions). In my old class I had a couple of CS-players, and most of the time they had some kind of expression they countered EVERYTHING with (and it wasn't even funny in the first place. When you've heard it twenty times?). Allso they used acronyms (lol is VERY popular, they use it in every kind of situation, and it never means laugh out loud, it means lol, which nowadays in the CS-world is something totally different), so these counters hardlly ever make sense either, since they don't use the acronyms in their rightfull meaning (stop whine lol is one, as a grammarfreak this kind of expression is VERY annoying. It's at times like that you seriouslly regret you were born the weak guy). CS-players in general is quite annoying acually. The biggest whiners ever...

LOL

Altho lol means luaghing out loud it is used when you find something funny, not only wwhen you are luaghing out loud, and this isn't the CS-community alone, It's the most common "word" on IRC, wether you game or not, on IRC everyone uses it to express if they find something funny.

Multi-player gamers of the shoot em up games in general tend to whine to much, they forget that everyone may have different ideas on how to play the gam (cheating excluded) and tend to whine when someone's playing style is different. I've played CS a lot, and typical comment is "ffs stop camping you nub!" or "It's public [nocando] rush !" mostly uttered by someone just killed by whom he's swearing at. Anyway LOL isn't a cheap comeback just a trend.

CS-players tend to use it ironically, which kind of make it a very all around word .

don't, Ube I rarely play some CS, ignoring everything said tho. It's a good game with a not so good community, but not every CS player is as bad.
