There is no uninstall just for the patch, so to revert back you would have to uninstall the patched game, make sure everything but the saved games were removed from the BD folder (should be) and then reinstall. An earlier patch would overwrite at least some of the changes made by a later patch, but more things fixed potentially means more files changed, so that could cause problems with conflicting versions.
Zip or otherwise backup your saved games folder to another location before uninstalling, just in case. Each save is a separate subfolder in the '..\Beyond Divinity\savegames' folder; the 5 'bd_act#_start' folders are created/updated by the game/patch, and uninstalling the game should remove them.
What problems were you having, and how did they worsen after the patch was installed? There are no know issues caused by the patch, that I recall.
