Are Elder- and Epic-rarity items ever sold in any shops? If so, which ones?

In FoV, pretty sure, they are.
Although entirely random, obviously.

I only ever found 'Unique' (rarity) items as loot, not in shops, but not certain about the lesser 'Epic'/'Elder'.

That's what I figured for Unique, but I was curious about whether Elder and Epic were ever sold (especially Epic, since Epic jewelry give +3 to the skill, not +2).

I just checked out the Aleroth marketplace from a level 45 save - both the armour and weapons merchants had several epic and elder items for sale.

Edit: And after a further check, the jewellery merchant had a unique (rarity) bracelet, so I was wrong about that!

FOV merchants sell these but you may have to re-load a few times to get what you want. Patience is usually always rewarded!
