Is there a limited number of quests you can accept at one time? I'm just out of the Aleroth area, and in the farmlands there's an NPC named Tom who wants me to help find who is stealing his cows.
However I dont have the option to accept. Only responses are go call the militia, I have better things to do and take care.
Is this normal, or a bug?
EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. Ignore/delete thread.
