Ok I was reading the Wikia on skills and there is one listed under Man at Arms...Terror, I have not found this book and never used this skill, was it dropped? or is the skillbook somewhere I have not found it yet, is it a unique skillbook like Whirlwind?

It's a unique in a spot that it basically almost impossible to reach. I missed it on my playthrough because I couldn't be bothered. Fear is also a really questionable status effect for a warrior to use anyway, because if it fails (which is likely), it was a waste of AP, and if it succeeds, it's bad because warrior's poor mobility is bad for chasing enemies.

SO where is the book? Curiosity is killing me, and I am thinking the same it is not a great ability anyway, if anything I want them to get close to me and think of me as a friend ( for about 5 seconds)!
