wondering if its possible to mod these two abilitys back to their original sin state in EE

Well you can remove the restriction that a character can only have one of these talents in Public/Shared/Stats/Generated/Data/Reqirements.txt, but their effects are hardcoded in the .exe, so they cannot be modified easily.
