So I noticed that whenever I have my characters use a bed to regenerate health, on each tick of regeneration they groan as if they get hurt.
This is not game-breaking but still quite disturbing.

Also, I'm not quite sure that's how you wear a bucket to protect your head:

I don't know yet if this happens only for the bucket or not cause I haven't found any other helmets, but hiding the helmet seems to at least give me my hair back xD

That is a known issue with the bucket (wrong bone marked in the skeleton, or something) and hair.
The bedroll and sound effects are still a work in progress, so I assume this is a known issue... Does a character have the Zombie talent?

I've noticed the groaning in several other instances while my characters are healing after combat and none have Zombie so it isn't limited to lying on beds.
