Venom, the decision - to kill or not to kill - is up to you. NO reputation loss. You could want to choose and take all XP by killing or just avoid the camp until you've defeated one of the Big Baddies later in the game.

hello kiya, i killed them all too, but for that my rep ended up at -9 i don't really know when all the humans turned friendly again, but like the saying goes:
I got bored wiping out the mind controlled soldiers; they were like experience point popcorn -- sure they were easy to eat, but they weren't very filling, and after a while, you just got tired of 'em.
