Is there a way that the girl walks away from the teahouse without the corpse?

I saved the girl from the hag.
I killed the hag right away, sorry I did too much damage to make a deal with her.
I grabbed the stuff from her house and went outside.

When I want to kill the zombie she becomes hostile too. I do not save people to kill them a minute later so I let her go with the corpse.

Is there a way to make her leave peacefully without the corspe?
Something like: "Your friend is dead and the swamp is not safe. Go back home and try to get over it."
I did not want to reload counless times so I let her go with the her zombie friend.

As far as I remember correctly, the game implies that you should meet them again later. So let them go and wait to see what happens later? But I don't know if the quest line actually continues?
