In Act IV, on the vendor Bexhanar on Academy level 2, I checked his inventory and he had this item:

NOTE: It is a Quiver of Arrows

Flashing Spiritual Arrow of the Soul
Count 42
Spiritual: 47-94
Strength Boost: 4
Intelligence Boost: 4
Constitution Boost: 4
Sight Boost: 4
Hearing Boost: 4
MagicPoints Boost: 40
Evasion Boost: 4
Shadow Resistance Boost: 12
Poison Resistance Boost: 28
Durability 30/30
Weight 13

I pickpocketed it with level 5 Pickpocket (level 4 would not work)

Total value of item is: 513,450 gold

Cripes, that's insane. I didn't know arrows could have bonuses. :P

I didn't know that either. How does it work? When you equip them, do you get a stat boost per arrow? It would be a bit overpowered, but hey... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

I am sure it is a total mix-up between arrows and a piece of gear.

Each arrow sells for 12,228 gold. I have already sold some to see if they actually sell, and they do.

btw: When I equip them in my Quiver slot they do give an added bonus as indicated

I found a quiver of poison arrows once with an insane list of bonuses. When I picked them up, though, they merged with the other 300 poison arrows already in my inventory and lost their special attributes. I think this might happen if you have very high luck (as my hero, usually the lead character, does). You get to find more items with high attributes, but I think the game (mistakenly?) applies this to quivers of arrows as well.

you can also buy these things later on, but be careful and avoid getting them mixed with normal arrows. (though i did manage somehow to mix tem once so all the arrows had the bonus and the high price) You have 3 slots for arrows put them in one of the slots and they will give you the bonus.

Yes, I have a couple of these arrows in each character's quiver slot and they do give the bonus. But it is an obvious bug, and I feel kind of cheesy for using them (but I will, since I am just experimenting a lot in this runthrough <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )

What is your luck on, by the way? I have 7 skill points just lying around and am considering either Covert Arrow or Luck..

My Luck = 100

But I never used points in luck...Just raised Survival a lot. I would not put points in Luck, it seems a real waste.

now you have an idea about the expensive poison arrows i'd gotten.
btw (and this is in NO WAY meant to be a one-ups on your find), i do have you beat in the ripoff department.
arrows also - ripoff
yes, you're reading that right. it's over 5 MILLION in value. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />
actually, i started with about 30 of the things and pilfered the other 1000...

ROFL... I guess that makes me an amateur pickpocket <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

btw: I mainly posted this in hopes that it would get fixed. Small exploits can be fun, but this one really spoils the game IMHO.
