fell down the pit in the arena, in the renaar caves, keep getting killed by traps, fire and bright glowing missles, how do i get out? also i've noticed that my stamina won't rgenerate, except when i sleep

There is a skill that will let you detect traps - buy two points of it (or more) and move slowly when you think traps may be around.
If you cured the imp and got the reward use your doll toe summon (temporarily) an assistant and have the skeleton go over the traps - once they are triggered they disappear.
Reality is for those who cannot cope with fantasy. Fortunately, I can cope quite well.
