Firstly to do with the forums (which I signed up to to post suggestion 2),it is not good security practise to include passwords in an email! Please get the people in charge of the forums to change this asap!!
Suggestion for the game has to do with the load game screen. If I want to play a character I haven't played in a while on the same profile, then I have scroll through all the save games looking for the right save.
Instead on the left side you could have the characters created on that profile (default to latest ome played) and then once a character is selected, then the saves for that character are listed on the right. Other games do this, and it makes character management easier, instead of managing loads of profiles.
