Hej there,
In the upper part of the Dank crypt is Mari in the chapell trying to find a way to open the door to the Dank Crypt.
That one i stunned with passive Nondeadly damage, so she was knockdowned.

I let her and her stay alive but unconscious. Her companions in the other room wherent engaged by me. I let them where they where.
After leaving the Chapel by way to Dank Crypt and exit via ladder to cliff side, i went to the Hole at the Entrance of Chapelle and shot down that rope holding the big Stoneblock to let it fall on ground.
Gimblebock and his mates where allready taken care of before by scraing them away via dialog.

Anyway since the stone dropped, opened the Hole to room underneath and made a lot of noise when that happened, the party in the chapell reacted to it.
Even the unconcious MARI says that the crypt is unstable and somtheing fell down on itself.
Didnt check if she really came out of unconsciousness, but i will.

Since this happened, the combat log is spammed by Mari, continously talking bout that inciddent.
Even when im Far away in Moonhaven or other parts of the map.

The combat log isnt done yet, i assume.
Just that you know that the unconscious or awoken MARI is somehow spamming my Combatlog, even when im in battles.

Its annyoing. And its a bug smile
Someone should silence here.
Makes me wonder if i use the silence spell on her if combatlog stops beeing spammed by her.

Yikes! That sounds creepy that she's stalking you across zones. Yeah I'm not going to mince words with this one... The revised combat log is pretty awful. The combat log is completely polluted if you are fighting somewhere near the Windmill in the Blighted Village for instance, where there is a lot of background conversation going on. It would be different if you could filter it or we had separate tabs (one for dialog, one for combat). Even early on in the Nautilus you can already get a sense of how maddening it is to try and review combat stats now, as there is constant chatter happening in the background spamming your log.

I bet a real combat log is in the works. Theres allready enough games out there to show what a good combat log can help to make sense to everything happening in the game.

I guess the design of the C-log for BG3 is, like a good inventory managment, key to success of the game.
The Itemmanagment and Statpages are better in PAtch 7 then anytime before. So its work in progress and priorities are the gamability then the design how to present the information in a log.
Also the programming of a combat log can be dependant of final version of Interface/Statscreen/inventory managment etc.
When the first is gold status the combat log is not far away.

Yesterday i went back to the chappel to once and for all END this spam.

What i saw was lying MARI lying on ground unconscious state as i left her and the other Guys from other room standing around her in strategical positions to cover the Door to the room with the hole in the ceiling from dropped down stoneblock.

They all 5 NPCs including MARI where debating what happened.
How can some Unconscious talk. Are they all Tadpoled or Telepaths?

Its a bug i say.

So to stop this spamminmg in the Combatlog i attacked them with passive on knocking them all unconscious.
I belive to think that all those looters from the CHappel will be people who are seen later in gaem when not killed.
They didnt seem to be evil people. Thats why i dont like killing them for XP.

Espeacially not in the CHappel over the Danky Crypt with Jergal, waiting to be released to ask us "What is a single mortals life worth for me?"

This Question is sure to be somthing which will be effect at least at the end of game, when we get some summary about how well we synced our actions and the answered questions bout life.

But back to the spam. After all people where knocked out i did finally have a bit more peace in the combatlog.
Less unimportant clutter.

She's not the only one with that bug. I've had to dispose of Alfira on this run, because her singing was spamming the combat log.
