Hi Larian. Ive played since the launch of EA. Played through twice until boat in previous patches, and just now finished 100% run of patch 7.

I played through as a Dwarf barbarian and thoroughly enjoyed 99,5% of the game in its current state. I am an avid d&d fan and I must give serious props to you guys, your doing an amazing job laugh.

There were several good challenges laid in my path and I enjoyed overcoming them. I only have 2 issues.

1. Did you remove 3-5 goblins in blighted village? The ones beneath the Apothecary? (south side). Please bring them back if possible.

2. And most importantly, the fight with Nere/Duergar. I tested the hell out of that fight, 12-15 attempts aka 3-5 hrs. Siding with Nere after he killed the slaves was a good fight, not to easy and not to hard (bombs and area of effect gallore) I managed that in 1-3 attempts.
Trying to save the Deep Gnomes/slaves however became a nightmare after a while. Now maybe I could have been even smarter about it, but even with good positioning before blowing up the rubble whilst knowing what was too come, I still spent atleast 10 attempts accomplishing this. The main reason being the gnomes themselves, they are really in the way. Part of the reason I made it finally was due to Gales spider familiar scaring them off. Oh and I needed to long rest in the end to get 2-3 spell slots back, but was surprised too see Nere and the the gnomes still alive (in spite of cut scene at camp).

Suggestion: So my humble suggestion is for them to run under the bridge (the arch thing, and keep going), then they can come back after the battle. It doesnt make sense for them to stick around, and the slightest aoe during the fight makes them hostile. They kept talking and consoling each other during the fight as well which I thought a bit premature, seeing as my companions kept getting downed around them. I really enjoyed EA and what youve released so far though, but trying to save those gnomes was hell, but maybe that was the point hehe.

First time playing through Grymforge, and man was I impressed, that area felt as huge as topside, and I mean that in a good way. Managed to take down grym in 3-4 tries, took some figuring out, but really rewarding in the end, in more ways than one smile

Other than that 10/10 stars. Hope your doing half orcs and paladin class for final release. Would love to play my 3 year running character in d&d in your game wink.
PS: 4 entrances to Underdark, do you ever think to yourselves that you overdo it sometimes XD. Nah but jokes aside, love you guys and the work your doing.
PPS: If your planning on more content in ea before release I would love to go find the Githyanki creshk.

BUG report: After finishing with nere and the duergar I tried looting the bodies down by the boats/skiffs. Doing so resulted in black screen of death. Same when pressing the small boats by the water. Might want to look into that smile
