1. SEVERE BUG: going near the creche/ZHENTARIM HIDEOUT results in the map becomes totally black. The world map returns to the black state as when unexplored, and every save and load leads to the map becomes black again.
2. SEVERE BUG: if player choose to loot the box near Rugan and then goes to ZHENTARIM HIDEOUT, Zarys will immediately attack the player if the player tries to climb the padder and talk with her. Also, this results in EVERY NPC to attack player team afterwards showing “attitude -5”
3. After the player frees Halsin, conversation would not be imitated automatically. If the main character tries to talk with Halsin, the conversation would not start and the player cannot talk with any other NPC afterwards.
4. After the romance with Shadowheart, certain dialogue gets repeated after every long rest.
5. After Halsin joins player’s camp, talking with Nettie leads to the whole screen becomes black and the game stuck
6. After the successful deception check with the grey dwarfs throwing corpses in Grymforge, looting the bodies leads to the whole screen becomes black and the game stuck.
7. Inside the temple of Goblin Camp, the iron gate to lower floor spiders can be passed directly without keys/lockpicking.
8. The new helmet that grants additional move on casting fire spells (forgot the name) does not work if the player takes the additional action before casting the fire with action.
9. Dual wield does not add to AC during combat
10. The spider boss, or any of the small spiders, or the characters do not fall from the spider net bridges even if the spider nets are destroyed.
11. There is no termination animation when a natural D20 is rolled.
12. If an enemy is standing on top of some crate and the crate is destroyed during combat, the enemy would not fall and the model of the crate is wrongly displayed. This could be seen in the fight outside of the temple near the start of the game.
13. In certain cases, true soul Nere would attack the player team once he is freed, if the player places a bomb near the roadblock that causes damage to Nere.
14. The deception check of Lazel during the encounter with Gith patrol is INSANLY HARD. Is it possible to add a dice check that player can give Lazel guidance spell and such?
15. After defeating Auntie Ethel, the masked guards near the entrance and the gate with a trapped man inside disappeared.
16. Auntie Ethel is a monster class species when inspecting her at the druid grove.
17. Enemies sometimes are stuck in the wall and when doing so, can “teleport” themselves to higher ground to attack player.
18. After slaughtering the goblin camp, the goblins at blighted village would not see players as hostiles.
19. In certain cases, if the Grym steps into the lava for only a short period of time, it would not get the “overheated” debuff.
20. After the player tries to transfer land shark to a minion using Glut’s ability, the land shark cannot release jump as it says ”no valid target.”
21. Also, if the player removes any of the ability of any temporal companion, like Glut or the land shark, there is no way to add these abilities back to the casting chart on the bottom of the screen
22. It is very difficult to customize the casting chart on the bottom of the screen. Whenever I tried to rearrange everything to my own liking, everything is set back after a save/load and I have to use the “customized” chart, which is very inconvenient, as switching to any character does not switch to “customized” but “system arranged” by default.
23. The EVERBURN BLADE, or any of the heavy crossbow cannot be properly put on character’s back. The character holds them in his/her hand ALL THE TIME wherever he/she goes.
24. There are times, especially to the ending of the EA, that NPC has no voice over their lines. And sometimes their lines are just “-”. This is very notable at the Chinese version; I don’t know if this is the same as the English version.
25. Also, it seems the translation is out of order. I understand the English dialogue so it seems that sometimes the translation of the sentence that an NPC is speaking is wrongly put in the position of the next sentence. In short, the order of lines and translations are messed up.
26. If the main character has any “story items” and die. All these items are dropped to the ground when the main character is resurrected. These items may not be pick up if the character die in some unreachable places.
27. Also, if an enemy is pushed in an abyss and die, there is no way to talk to or loot his body. This is especially annoying if he holds some important story items.
28. In the scene when Neve and his grey dwarfs are defeated, if their bodies are in the lava, the bodies would disappear after a long rest.
29. By the river of the Grymforge where two dwarfs are pushing bodies into the river, if the player passes the deception check, the screen turns black and the game sucks if the player tries to loot any of the bodies.
30. During the quest “Rescue the Trapped Man” the trapped man or the player could die during the cutscene as the fire keeps growing. Create water spell or throwing a water bottle does not work. Also, even if the strength or the investigation check is successfully passed, player still have to pass another strength check outside the conversation to remove the wood.
31. Novice Crusher no longer has his dialogue that player can fraud him.
32. If the player drinks the potion of giant hills and then drinks the Broken Promises potion, the strength does not increase to 23 in the character specs.
33. In certain cases, magic damage is attached to piercing damage.
34. The high and neutral attitude for Shadowheart does not reflect in her dialogue. The two approvals have the same dialogue when Shadowheart is asked “what do you think of me”
35. The bonus action for great weapon master cannot be transferred to next round if not used in the current round.
36. Second Wind consumes all the bonus actions, if there is more than 1.
37. The old letter found in the Grymforge displays only “-” in its contents
38. When trying to enter stealth mode as a group, the game might crush, especially near the ending of the current EA.
39. After the player passes the perception check on mimics, player can still not sneak attack the mimics, if playing as the Rouge.

I assume you've taken the Dual Wielder Feat - dual wielding doesn't add to AC unless you take that feat.

These seem like features, not bugs. Push an enemy into lava/infinite pit for an easy insta-kill instead of fighting them normally? Okay, but you lose their loot.

...it shouldn't be transferable to the next round??? No actions are ever transferred to later rounds.

I take the feat. It adds to AC quite normal outside sombat, but that +1AC sometimes is lost during combat...
Yes, but sometimes you do require the loots to continue the story, like that lamp on Nere.
Well on Patch 6 it seems the bonus action for great weapon master, i.e., when you strike down an enemy can be reserved till next round. So you may jump, kill someone, and strike twice for your next round(1 normal action, 1 bonus action which is passed from last round)

Oh, gotcha. You were saying that it can be reserved for the next round in BG3, where in reality that shouldn't be allowed. I misunderstood.

Is this the circlet of fire? If so, where did you find it? I've been looking for it in patch 7 and it no longer spawns in the chest in Shattered Sanctum, nor is it offered after rescuing people from the burning building in Waukeen's Rest.

I think it is, though I totally forget where I find it...It's definitely before you finish the goblin camp quest chain. Just search very chest and it might pop up o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ
