So I just got to goblin camp and haven't done anything there AT ALL (no theft no nothing) and when ever I try I get this dialog interaction.

Problem is I haven't been to the goblin camp yet so there is no "again" and I am not using stealth or anything and of course this causes the whole goblin camp to go berserk so I have to slaughter my way through them all...
