I found 2 more BF keys when I fought the deathknights but I can't unlock any more dungeons with them in the battlefield. And once Act II starts the keys are gone.
One of those keys in the side rooms should have been the level 3 BF key (to open the last dungeon) and the other is the key to the blacksmith's room, in the north east by the armoury that had crappy weapons and two hostile guards.
The only DK patrols I recall dropping keys were the ones in Samuel's lair, near the end of act 1. There is a room to the east and one to the west of the main lair.
