When mouse edge panning I can go UP and LEFT but RIGHT and DOWN doesn't work at all. Is there a way to fix this?

It worked last time I played. Check options? I am sure there is something related to edge panning in there.

I rechecked settings to make sure. I turned setting off for edge panning then back on. Still not working. I then turned off the setting, exited the game, and then turned it back on. I checked to make sure game was in full screen (someone on Steam suggested that) which the game is. Still same issue.

To get the edge pan to work I had to set to full screen, then set resolution below monitor/tv resolution. So my tv is 4k but had to set resolution down to 2560x1440 to get edge panning to work.
