Do these points just come back on their own or do I have to do something to get them back?

Nope to both. They're gone. Live with it.

By the way, welcome to the forums. Sorry if I was a bit blunt.

I didn't pay attention, which stats were affected by this? I just knew I had to do it for the rep points (and because it was the right thing

I always lost 3 stats pts in toto, the first 3 ones (strength, agility, intelligence) - but I heard from gamers just losing 3 on one stats. So, I guess, it's random. Kiya
Hmm, and I vaguely recall a gamer in the old forum stating: If your HP are high enough, you don't lose any stats - but I can't confirm this, maybe a version difference.

I know that i always loose at least one strenght. I have a hunge it has also something to do with the class. ie: str-->warrior, int-->wizard, agi-->survivor. Rest is random then?

I lost strength, and it actually kept changing. My shield and helmet would disappear and then I'd fight for a while and they'd reappear and my stats would be fine. Since levelling up twice I haven't noticed any further declines in strength.

It happens only once. And by lvling you give new stat points so you can use your items again.

I lost 1 str, 1 agil and 1 int.
There should be a way to get them back because I was putting 5 into a skill each level and now they are all uneven this sucks

The stats will be uneven anyway, as you acquire better equipment with various bonuses. There is shrine of good and evil south of the dwarven village which will raise one of your stats by 5 (save first, it can also drop one by 5 randomly), an object which can raise you up a level instantly and another which can either raise you a level or raise the stat of your choice by 5 or 10, which more than makes up for the 3 lost skill points.
