Whilst checking the crates in the cave next to the grove SH picked up a number of items. When I opened her character sheet to access one she had been cleaned out..everything missing. When I reloaded she had all of her items back including the newly picked up ones.

Just a wild guess ...
Are you absolutely sure you havent any filter active?

Was my first thought but when I checked she had no items of any type. Curiously it happened after I had her send an item to camp, I even sent her there to see if I had somehow sent all her items to camp but there was nothing other than what had been previously sent.

Happened again, this time Astarion right after picking up the prayer to Selune in the Owlbear Cave. All items missing, checked all filters. Saved and on reload all items present including Selune prayer
