Greeting Larian,
It seems as though after every patch I have the same problem. The right and bottom of the screen becomes blocked-out. I have tried a mix of graphic settings in an attempt to fix this and I have also tried...
1. Updating the drivers to NVIDIA 516.59 when my PC says it has already up dated but I tried anyway and the updated didn't work.
2. I attempted a Verifying Integrity of Files on Steam... also did not work.
3. I tried a complete uninstall/reinstall...did not work
4. I deleted all game profiles... That did not work.
My setup:
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz, 32GB RAM

PLEASE HELP! cry

Support is available through email or the form on the support site (with a link in the launcher and details in the stickied support topic). Ideally I would like to have the time to actively follow the forum again and provide support, but it has been a while since that was possible.

The graphics issue you describe is generally caused by older drivers, especially if nvidia has stopped driver support for your card. Check their support site to search for the latest drivers.
If required, one way to check which model card you have, and the version/date of the current drivers, is to click Start (or WinKey-R), type in dxdiag and hit Enter, then in the window that opens, switch to the Display tab.

Try resetting your graphics driver's 3D settings to default (right click an open area of the desktop to start the nvidia Control Panel).

In the launcher, try switching between DirectX 11 and Vulkan, as applicable, to see if that makes a difference.

Try updating the Vulkan Runtime. Normally this is included with graphics drivers, but manual updates have been reported to fix a couple of crashing issues, and it at least has a chance of helping with the Vulkan version. The Runtime installer can be downloaded from this site, or the direct download link.

If driver support has stopped it wouldn't hurt to try a clean reinstall of the last version. If you have the current version of the drivers already, this would have a better chance of helping. See here or here, for example.

If you didn't do so when deleting the profiles, try browsing to the 'C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3' folder and delete or rename the graphicSettings.lsx file, to get the game to recreate it the next time it is started. The fastest way to get there would probably be to copy the line below into the location bar in Explorer and hit Enter.
%LocalAppData%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3

help you do what exactly? this is a forum not a help desk... its not even a very good forum however your issue has bugger all to do with graphics drivers and 516.59 is current + more than adequate to the task.

you have plently of Ram and the Cpu is good enough so its not likely to be that.

you don't want to tell us what OS you have but the fact that it kicks in after every patch makes it a permission issue of some kind... if it wasn't just the game i assume you would have said so

in order of most important; is this Windows 11 [or 10 running the launcher outside admin], what anti virus and check if your desktop set to magnify

I'm using Microsoft Edge and Windows 10. I've tried everything. As of the last reply. This last patch seemed to be it for me. I have no idea why. Before it was a matter of reseting my profile on Steam but that hasen't worked either.

Have you got your desktop stretched across more than one monitor perhaps?

Okey your issue sounds like a basic problem of Windows display, when the screen is stretched across two or more monitors of different resolution they can need calibration from time to time

In Windows you calibrate your screen (with the software running) by pressing the [windows key] on your keyboard and using the arrows to move the into the 4 corners ... It's one of those tricks that is easy to show but hard to explain

If you posted an image (which this forum is not set up to allow) it would be much better... When a dual screen needs calibration a part of one display will creep over onto the other monitor, anything from a few pixels is enough depending on how much difference there is in the two resolutions

If you can't work it out I recommend taking a screenshot to show your issue and post it in the Steam forums so people can help you more... Good luck
