In the village where you get the goblin ambush at the entrance, I first split my group to 2, one for each roof. This is after a successful intimidation so I can position them. Then I started battle. One of my group went into battle but the other, even though was in range of the other goblins (which are in battle), didn't go into battle and I had unlimited attack on them. I basically massacre all of them without entering battle, while my other group was in battle.
