She sits strangely. Also, she sits - I talked with them and they should leave, but only one ran off.

He bows to me. It's unnecessary.

The third one is a mesh issue due to the body model underneath sticking out, not texture.

I just started replaying again after coming back 5 months later and there's still a ton of bad animation in the game from start to finish. It's weird. Idk the workflow they have, but you'd think they'd fix the animations, at least, in the beginning of the game. I get if there's animation/cinematic problems later, but not in the first 30 mins of the game. Limbs freaking out. Heads turning oddly/wrong, eyes are weird, hand/arm gestures are not very good at all. Do they need another animator?

I'd be glad to help fix all these animation problems. Most of it is easy fixes that I'm not sure why they haven't gotten around to it. Cinematics are mostly ugly. Every now and then like the girl with the hag has some good animations for her. Movement is mostly natural and not shaky/jittery. Hands/fingers move ok on her and a few other models, but then in the same cutscene/cinematic you have weird movements like a split second after using Shadowheart to crush the mind flayer worm, her wrist quickly twists into the right pose, when we shouldn't see that. It should already be in the right pose. Other models twist there heads all wrong or arms/fingers don't have much of any movement. These are all easy fixes. Is there something going wrong on the import to the game engine that isn't being fixed? Lighting is another problem during these cutscenes/cinamatics. Flashing lights from dim to bright, both in the background and foreground. Dialogue scenes seem to have half finished animations that would take little effort to fix. Game isn't even officially out. There's no need to speed run animations. Environment looks amazing and animations outside of dialogue/cutscene/cinamatic seem fine. I was hoping to see good animations when I got back 5 months later and seeing Mountain Pass available. Looks like the cutscene there isn't even completely done. Don't add it to the game if it's not 100%.
In order to even apply to these "big" studios you need a spot on portfolio/Demo Reel and if I presented any of these cutscenes they have in this game to, it would be embarrassing.
